Liza Rodewald is a 4x entrepreneur and software engineer with over 16 years of technical experience. She has built multi-million dollar enterprise software for government and healthcare industries. Her passion for entrepreneurship came from her desire to have a more flexible lifestyle and lead her to advocate and shape the future of work for companies and workers. Liza graduated with honors with a degree in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama. She is in the top 3% of graduates from the Founder Institute, and alumni of the Blue Startups Accelerator, named one of the Top 25 SheEO and a published Forbes author. She is also a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Council and serves as a mentor for female founders. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Instant Teams, a technology platform that enables companies to create and manage remote teams powered by a unique talent funnel of military-connected professionals. Liza currently resides in Hawaii with her husband and four children.
Erica McMannes is founder/COO of Instant Teams. In the past 18 years as an Army spouse, she’s found creative ways to find fulfillment and income that meshed well with the transient and unpredictable military lifestyle. Her career path started out traditionally in 2003, working for Army MWR/CYSS in various Director and leadership positions. But in 2012, Erica found herself consulting for veteran owned startups in Silicon Valley on community growth and branding development. After 4 years in the startup market, she launched out on her own co-founding Instant Teams in 2016.

Sabrina Wojtewicz is currently Southwest Region Executive Director with Bunker Labs, where she leads operations and ecosystem development in Texas and Arizona, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Additionally, she advocates and sponsors initiatives for women veterans and military spouses nationally within the organization. Most recently she has added national partnerships strategy and cultivation as well as a national launch of Bunker Labs’ scale program, CEOcircle to her list of priorities. Passionate about innovation and personal, professional and leadership development, she believes that servant leadership is the best kind of leadership. She has worked with and for companies large and small including cultivating and securing major partnerships with Dell, USAA, WeWork, and Starbucks. She’s also worked with companies like JP Morgan Chase, National Oilwell Varco, Oracle, IBM, and the DoD on collaborations and partnerships that bring positive impact and results.
Prior to launching Bunker Labs in 2014, Sabrina worked with startups and small businesses as a brand and marketing consultant, where she supported dozens of small businesses with the creation of messaging that aligned with their mission and target market. Of notable success was supporting WellTronics, MWD from concept to acquisition 2008-2011.
Sabrina was born and raised in Dallas and has been a resident of Austin since 2004. Her interest and enthusiasm to empower others and give back to her community led her to found and organize the largest women’s small business networking group in Central Texas formed in 2006. She has served on multiple boards including Rotary and is a co-founder and collaborator on several initiatives where she contributes her time and talent towards an innovative startup community of military service members, veterans, and military spouses as they launch and accelerate businesses. Most recently, she’s supported a collaborative creation of the National Security Innovation Council out of Austin, Texas. Additionally, she’s an advocate, mentor, and speaker on servant leadership for those seeking their next challenge or opportunity.
Sabrina studied Business Administration and Marketing at Concordia University and Communications & Journalism at Austin Community College. She lives outside of Austin, Texas with her husband of 15 years (USMC), their two children, and three Labrador Retrievers.
