Bunker vConnect is a new approach to networking. This fun, unique, and highly effective experience fosters meaningful connections through structured facilitation.
Made possible by the Schultz Family Foundation, Bunker vConnect seeks to harness the wisdom, expertise, and network in your community.

Bunker vConnect is an Interactive Experience
This will be an interactive and enriching experience. Come prepared to engage and develop. Here’s the plan
1.) Build Your Profile
The event begins with your profile on Bunker Online—you can go there now and get a head start. This is what you will use to let the community know what kinds of connections you are looking for and ensure your new connections are valuable.
2.) Hone Your Networking
The rest of the event will be run by a subject matter expert in the art and science of networking. You’ll be broken out into small groups and work on your networking skills with new people.
3.) Make New Connections
At the end of this series, you’ll reach out to others in the group to set up a time to meet afterwards.

Then, participants work in small groups on specific exercises directed by the expert.

Participants work to find two other like-minded people to commit to a time and date to meet virtually. The session will put you in front of a ton of new connections through the exercises and Bunker Online. It’s up to you to grow them.

JJ Pinter is the Deputy Director at Team Red, White, and Blue. As Team RWB’s 2nd employee, he has played a key role the development, growth, and operation of the organization.
JJ Pinter is the Deputy Director at Team Red, White, and Blue. As Team RWB’s 2nd employee, he has played a key role the development, growth, and operation of the organization. JJ works closely with board members, staff, and volunteer leaders to ensure the delivery of excellent programs that deliver impact. He provides strategic guidance in addition to building and managing critical partnerships. JJ is a West Point graduate and combat veteran, serving as a Field Artillery officer. After his military service, he held both leadership and analytical positions in the construction, defense and medical industries. He currently resides outside Louisville, KY with his wife and 3 kids, where he loves to coach youth sports and be outdoors with his family.

Entrepreneur leveraging decades of experience as a professional stage, screen and voice actor as well as a practicing immigration attorney. Through an aggressive trans-disciplinarian approach, Chris seeks to create better stories in all guises and better storytellers in every profession. This pursuit is shaped by and grounded in the practical challenges and resources that businesses and individuals are confronted with.

Liz Marion attended UNC Wilmington and graduated with degrees in both Film Studies and French Language.
Liz started her career in the entertainment industry where she worked as an independent contractor and consultant on both independent and studio projects. Liz eventually started to pursue live event production in the entertainment industry and has produced several multi-day events for filmmakers and creators from around the globe.
As a military spouse, live event production has allowed Liz to work across the country for many different organizations including Milspo Project and Bunker Labs. After serving as a volunteer city leader for Bunker Labs’ Wilmington, NC chapter, Liz took a full-time position with the organization as the digital community manager, bringing her organization, logistics and connectivity skills online to serve the military connected community full-time through meaningful and intentional virtual experiences.
Liz strives to encourage veterans and military spouses to pursue their dreams by working for themselves to create a job that feeds their passion and moves with their lifestyle.
When she isn’t generating new ideas or facilitating a virtual event, Liz spends her time paddleboarding, enjoying the ocean waves and reading professional development books.
She currently resides outside the gates of Camp Pendleton with her Marine husband and dog Archer.

Nick Bradfield has spent his career honing the leadership traits taught in the military; technical skills learned via formal education; and business acumen acquired on-the-job in the financial services and technology sectors. He has held roles in sales, operations, and leadership at Fortune 500 companies as well as multiple startups. Nick has been featured on numerous podcasts highlighting veterans and entrepreneurship, and has contributed to several personal finance publications such as US News & World Report, Yahoo Finance, Nasdaq, CentSai, and Investopedia. He holds a Masters Degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
