Nate left federal contracting and entered the world of Human Capital Management in October of 2019. He then began working with his colleagues to put together a team inside of the small business service division devoted specifically towards veteran owned businesses. There is a thirst for knowledge in what what functions are in the faucet of business and Nate and Joe are here to provide that knowledge.
Nate is a Bunker Labs ambassador in Pittsburgh.
Joseph Tersak is an Elite Senior District Manger at ADP, and has spent years connecting businesses with applicable solutions for their administrative needs. He works with owners and administrators throughout the country, particularly in the small business space (1-50 employees), and has a passion for understanding the inner workings of company, the issues they face, and what can be improved.
Bob is currently the Chief Diversity and Talent Officer at ADP. In this role, Bob is accountable for the Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility and Talent Strategy. This includes incorporating diversity, equity and inclusion strategies into ADP’s talent practices. These talent practices include senior executive hiring, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, associate engagement, organization design, executive coaching, assessments and accelerating the organization’s performance.
Prior to being the Chief Diversity and Talent Officer, Bob was the Division Vice President, Head of Human Resources, for the small to mid-size business portfolio at ADP. In this capacity, Bob oversaw the HR strategy for two business units, Small Business Solutions (SBS) and Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), a professional employer outsourcing organization.
Bob’s corporate career spans over 20 years with several top tier companies. Prior to ADP, Bob was the Senior Vice President/Head of Human Resources at Harland Clarke; Vice President, Talent Management at First Data; HR Executive at USAA; Director, Human Resources at Limited Brands (Bath& Body Works, Express); Director, Player Services at Harrah’s Casino; Senior Group Manager, HR at Frito Lay, and Executive Senior Partner at The Lucas Group. He has led multiple HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations and HR Business Partners) throughout his career.
Prior to his corporate career, Bob served as a field artillery officer in the US Army for 9 years. He commanded an artillery unit in Germany and is a Desert Storm veteran.
Bob is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
In his community, Bob sits on the board of directors for the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, coaches little league football, is a lifetime member of the VFW, The American Legion, and the National Black MBA Association.
Liz Marion attended UNC Wilmington and graduated with degrees in both Film Studies and French Language.
Liz started her career in the entertainment industry where she worked as an independent contractor and consultant on both independent and studio projects. Liz eventually started to pursue live event production in the entertainment industry and has produced several multi-day events for filmmakers and creators from around the globe.
As a military spouse, live event production has allowed Liz to work across the country for many different organizations including Milspo Project and Bunker Labs. After serving as a volunteer city leader for Bunker Labs’ Wilmington, NC chapter, Liz took a full-time position with the organization as the digital community manager, bringing her organization, logistics and connectivity skills online to serve the military connected community full-time through meaningful and intentional virtual experiences.
Liz strives to encourage veterans and military spouses to pursue their dreams by working for themselves to create a job that feeds their passion and moves with their lifestyle.
When she isn’t generating new ideas or facilitating a virtual event, Liz spends her time paddleboarding, enjoying the ocean waves and reading professional development books.
She currently resides outside the gates of Camp Pendleton with her Marine husband and dog Archer.

He holds a Masters Degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
